"Give Thanks in a Tote"

Will you help us spread Faith, Hope and Love to those in need this holiday season?

Our next mission event will support our patients and consumers this Thanksgiving… Will you help by filling a tote?

Here’s how it works:

• Employees will sign up to purchase the seven items listed on the flyer, which can be done for about $15

• The agencies will match their contribution with a gift card for a free turkey or ham to be purchased by our patients/consumers

• The spiritual staff will write a devotion

• Everything will be placed in one of our logo totes and then deployed by our clinical team the week before Thanksgiving

These items can be purchased for $15, even less if you are an educated shopper! Then Concordia will put a $15 gift certificate for a free turkey or ham matching your contribution as well as a devotion written by one of our own team members in the tote.

Our clinical team will deliver the totes the week before Thanksgiving.

Please note DO NOT TAKE AN ACTUAL TOTE, we are concerned that the tote will make it back to us.  Please just sign up to purchase the items and bring your items to your office location.  The mission committee will fill the totes with your items, the gift card and devotion and then give them to clinicians with patients/consumers in need.

Please have your items purchased and returned to the office by Monday 10/29/18 to give us time to sort, fill and deploy our giving!
